Delivery areas
We deliver to most pincodes across India through trusted courier partners. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Metro cities: 3–4 business days. Rest of India: 4–7 business days. You will get SMS updates when the order ships and when it is out for delivery.
Delivery charges
Free delivery on orders above ₹499. For smaller orders a flat fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Track your order in My Orders or on the Track Order page using your order ID and mobile number.
Undelivered orders
If the courier cannot reach you after three attempts, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to re-ship or refund (shipping charges may apply).
