Delivery is free on orders above ₹499. Below that, a flat delivery fee applies and is shown at checkout.

Yes, before the order is shipped. Contact us right away with your order ID and we will update it.

Yes, on most pincodes. You can pay in cash or UPI when your order arrives.

Do not worry. Failed payments are refunded automatically by your bank in 5–7 working days. Write to us with your order ID if it takes longer.

Our soaps are made with gentle, natural ingredients and no harsh chemicals. As with any new product, we suggest a patch test behind your ear first.

All Kritiveda soaps are cruelty-free and never tested on animals. Our Goat Milk Soap contains milk, so it is not vegan; the rest of the range is plant-based.

A 100 g bar typically lasts four to six weeks with daily use. Keep it on a draining soap dish for longer life.

Unopened, 24 months from the date of manufacture, printed on the box.

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Because soap is a personal-care product, we cannot accept returns of opened bars.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
